We
have activated the three Hot Buttons below as the Registration
Form, its Instructions and the Golf Signup form are now finalized...
You can now download them in PDF format and it should be no
problem to print copies. Of course they will be in the summer
issue of REPArtee, planned for mailing in the first
part of July.
You
can (and should) contact the King and Prince now to
make your room reservations... This is because we were only
able to get a limited number of rooms (considerably less than
last year at the Francis Marion and many less than in 2008
at the Sawgrass)...Their toll free telephone number is 1-800-342-0212.
Be sure and tell them that you are with the REPA Convention
and want reservations for November 7th thru the 9th... The
REPA Rate is available for three days before and after the
Convention, subject to availabilty!
For
your planning purposes (should you choose to use the below
Hot Buttons to download the forms) we are providing you the
menu for the Banquet... Note that at this time President Bill
and First Lady Dottie Moore have not made the final decision
on our dessert...
The
choices will be Roasted Herb Crusted Prime Rib, in it's own
natural juices, with a horse radish cream sauce, served with
garlic mashed potatoes, vegetable medley and a green onion
parmesan popover. Or Pecan Crusted Florida Black Grouper,
with an Amaretto Butter served with roasted baby vegetables
and wild rice pilaf. Both meals come with a mixed green salad,
oven fresh bread and a dessert which has not been picked yet,
plus tea or coffee.
