But remember, there is a new procedure this year and you must contact the Sawgrass Marriott to make all room reservations… Their telephone number is 1-800- 457- 4653. The cutoff date for making these reservations with the Marriott is August 1st at 3:00 pm!

Our REPA Convention Golf Tournament Co-Chairmen, Bill Schulz and Curt Whaley, requested that we remind all those planning to play at the Sawgrass to please go ahead and sign up now… They need to know as far in advance as possible how many want to join in on the Championship Flight (for the Ralph Jarrendt Trophy) or with the other duffers in the Scramble (for Honor and Glory including a nice photo in the winter 2009 issue of REPArtee!)…

So, if planning to play then clip out (or make a copy of) the sign-up form on page 15 of the summer 2008 issue of REPArtee (pre-convention) … Then mail it, with your check, to Curt, whose address is at the bottom of the page…

We have activated the Hot Buttons below for the Sawgrass Convention in this coming September. You can view and print off the both the Registration Form and Instructions. They are in Adobe PDF format and should be no problem to print.

Note that (as stated above) we are again having a dual flight format for the Golf Tournament. It is what we did at both Chattanooga and Savannah and was very well received by those who played . It is explained in more detail on the form itself so click on the button below to display (and print off) the form. As this is a PDF form you probably will have to use the "printer" icon on the left side of the screen.

There will be a Tennis Tournament at the Sawgrass too... For more information please contact Cecile Balkcum, our Tennis Coordinator for this year... Her contact information is available on page 14 of the summer issue of REPArtee.

As you probably know St Augustine and Jacksonville are very historic cities and are loaded with things to do, so you might want to plan on coming a few days early or staying a couple of days after the convention concludes. We have arranged for the REPA rate to be available for two days both before and after the convention...

The summer 2008 issue of REPArtee is set to be mailed May 5th. It will have much more information on the convention but if you desire to sign up early (which we just LOVE!) then use the buttons below to print off the forms and send to Jerry Frost (his address is at the bottom of this page and also on the forms themselves)

So, again, if you want to print off the forms then simply click the buttons below to display the them. Then download, complete (with check) and mail to Jerry Frost! It is that simple!!

As always REPA will give a prompt and full refund to anyone who signs up and later finds that they cannot attend. However we must be notified before September 2nd, when the convention starts.
